Chicken has a nasty metallic taste. Food is bland and tastes like old, terrible sadness. Don't waste your money, it wasn't even good enough to finish.

Tried this place because my friend told me it was the best in Springfield. I have to disagree. I have had other Chinese places that are way better. The food was very bland, tasted fake, there was no flavor whatsoever and I ordered $50 worth of food to try a little bit of everything.

Low price, tasty food! Hadn't been in before and was really impressed at how nice the inside was. Booths and tables to suit your fancy, and extremely friendly staff.

Best Crab Rangoon in town and perfectly cooked rice. I also recommend the potstickers, sesame chicken, and hot and spicy chicken. Skip the egg rolls and cashew chicken.

This place is a pretty typical Chinese restaurant. Has a daily special that's always cheap. It's not bad I like the other Hong Kong Inns in town a little bit better their food just tastes a little bit different but for the most part it's the best Chinese food in the area of town

Customer service is poor. Meals did not come as ordered. Rather than “make it right”, they took the two meals in question back, and did nothing. The rest of us (party of 6), started eating. We expected the corrected meals to come out shortly, but instead, someone came out, cash in hand, to refund the two meals in question. We said we would rather have the meals, which finally showed up after the rest of us were finished. When a subsequent conversation took place, they were very, very clear that we, the customers were wrong, and they were very busy, and they were right. Never even a hint of an apology. We ate there 6 or 7 times in 2018, but will never return. Professional Customer Service training should be given to each of the 3 people we dealt with.

I was seated right away. The waitress took my order right away. The service was fast. I ordered the fried rice with shrimp which I enjoyed. The serving was plentiful with extra to take home.

I've been going to this place for over 10 years, and every time things have been great. However, some of the staff they have working currently are very rude. A newer girl with long dark hair did not even answer one of my questions I had. She just looked at me then walked off as if I was supposed to read her mind. She didn't come back to refill my water or anything, and acted like I was an inconvenience to her. Don't get me wrong, I love this place, but some of their staff members need to grow up.
