Pancho's Mexican Food

Pancho's has become our go to Mexican eatery in Springfield. We end up ordering two meals for each of us to last us for multiple meals. Any other Mecican establishment is compared to Pancho's fir us. Our top picks are:

Chips w/Dip | Their queso blanco is excellent with the chips, but also makes a great addition to the meals.

Carnitas Combo Plate | smokey, tender, fresh, as well as plentiful. You cannot eat this in one sitting, but you really want to! Makes a great mix with eggs for a great morning carnitas taco (or three, haha).

Smothered Burrito | Spicy but delectable. The burrito takes up half the container. Paired with their beans and rice it makes a wonderful meal.

Fiesta Enchilidas | I am particularly fond of just a seasoned ground beef enchilada and this satisfies with three of them. My only wish is that there was four of them!

Steak Ranchero | Steak, eggs, tomatoes, onions, peppers, and rice. You will want to eat it all tonight, but saving some for the morning will make you wake up early the next day!

Originally from California, and after living in Branson for just about a year, I finally found Cali style Mexican food. I can finally have a real breakfast burrito! Please open a location in Branson!

What happened this used to have the best food anywhere but today I got my regular drove home to eat with the family and the food was stale the styrofoam had melted into the food and the tortillas were so rubbery like they had been microwaved spent $35 on two meals that have to go in the trash

Great food with good prices and portions, BUT we were bummed that you can't eat inside, tho the S Campbell location has chairs/tables/booths available.

I’ve only gone through the drive thru so far. They have a good selection with very reasonable prices. I got the fiesta enchiladas which were very good. Service was also great.

Whats the point of the dining room if you just kick the families out that come in the door for lunch and send them to the drivethru ?
No bueno chica i wont be having sloppy ass mexican food getting eaten inside my car to destroy the interior from greasy kid finger prints, thats the point of a restaurant

Cook was disrespectful when going back inside due to having a piece of hair in my taco. will NEVER be back and will NEVER recommend to others.

Genuinely the rudest worst service in town

My fiance and I get the same thing every time we order here - carne asade fries burrito and chips and queso, and we dip the burritos in the queso - hits every time 👌
