Always a great experience!! I love the crunchy fried tacos. The big Juan buritto is a must for breakfast. I love this locally owned family restaurant. Thank you guys for all the amazing meals.

Food was horrible. I ordered through Uber Eats. It was cold, burnt and nasty. The street tacos were so bland and dry. The fajitas mix was burnt, spicy and just thrown together. My cold mix was just thrown on top of the food and all over the place. I was supposed to get a medium drink but never got it. They should be ashamed.

I have always just hit DT, never inside. Seeing they have a salsa bar, I will have to try that. Always made fresh witch means two things. One hit and fresh and second.....sometimes a long wait. Little pricey after covid, so I don't go as often as I did. But never let down with the quality.

If I could give this zero stars I would. My son went through the drive thru today on his lunch break. He ordered 2 burritos. He got back to work and realized there was only 1 burrito in the bag. He called and spoke with the owner who first offered a refund. My son said he would just come back for his other burrito. He pulled up in the drive thru and this man called him a liar! He said he has it on camera that 2 burritos were put in the bag. He asked my son if he wanted to see the video and when my son said “yes” the man said “my wife said she put 2 in the bag. Here’s your burrito and you don’t come back here!” I’m appalled by this! My son’s a hard working, honest, good kid and doesn’t lie. He also was polite even though he didn’t get the food he ordered and paid for and had to go all the way back after he’d already been there once. I work in a very large corporation here in Springfield. I know and talk to a lot of people and word of mouth is everything! This behavior is inexcusable and I will share this information about this establishment with everyone and ask them to share it as well. My son should’ve received an apology and the burrito he paid for.

First of all, the inside is a literal ghost town. My family walked in and assumed they were closed because the lights were off and the tables were stacked. We called out to even see if anyone was working. There is not an indication online that dining is unavailable.To elaborate on this, our order took forever to be made despite being the only people there. We waited for about 40 minutes for our food. I ordered three soft tacos- special request of beef and cheese only and their chips w/ salsa. What I was given was pulled pork tacos with lettuce and no cheese. I was also given diced tomatoes in a container instead of salsa. Very lackluster food, service, and overall experience at Panchos. I now understand why there is no service at Panchos on a Taco Tuesday because the food and service is not up to par with the outrageous pricing for the food you get, if you even get what you ordered correctly.
