This is one of my very favorite Mexican restaurants in this town! The food is always fresh and sooooooo good! Anything I've had has always been yummy and the employees are always very kind and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!
Pancho's has become our go to Mexican eatery in Springfield. We end up ordering two meals for each of us to last us for multiple meals. Any other Mecican establishment is compared to Pancho's fir us. Our top picks are:

Cons - Don’t order chips and queso, you get maybe 14 blue corn tortilla chips and an ounce to an ounce and a half of queso and charged $4.95. We’ll definitely be back, just not for the chips and queso.
