As I'm there to pick up a door dash, I see it on the counter where I can grab it but I didn't want to grab it without confirming it with the workers to be on the same page. When I mention it to the kid at the order pickup spot with the worst poor attitude, all she did was point at the bad and stair at me like I was stupid. Said nothing, or didn't nothing else, if it was me I would of gotten in trouble with a talk to about an attitude adjustment with the management, that attitude so so disrespectful.

They were so kind and fast getting our food to us! I talked to Doyle the team manager who brought us our food and asked if I could switch out my soup and he did free of charge and let me keep the other soup!
Love Panera, especially the bread. Great service, delicious food, you can't go wrong eating here!

Awful. I found a hair in my French dip sandwich. Yuck. I asked to s peak with the manager and asked why kitchen staff was not wearing hairnet? He said they don't have to they can wear hats or other stuff. I said it was not working when hair is in the food. He offered me a free cookie but never remade my meal or deducted it from my bill. I could not eat after this awful encounter.

I was having a stressful evening and decided to do my homework here. The staff was wonderful and their positive attitudes cheered me up this evening! Call me biased… but I think this is the Panera Bread in town!

The venue located on Battlefied near the MALL has the poorest customer service I've come across. The staff, not All, look like they hate their jobs. It should be a performer, what's the problem.? I suggest a visit at random times, maybe you will luck out I'm about done with it!
Parking: They compete with other more successful businesses who are doing well.

Clean, friendly, and a little high on prices. They are running some really nice summer specials, which makes it easier to afford.
Parking: Located in a scrunched area, which should never have been made into a strip mall, you can park in front of other businesses and walk a short distance. During slack times, spaces are easier to find in front of the business. Handicapped spaces are located along the side of the building with a flat area for wheel chairs to get into the building.
