I tried twice today to order food to be delivered. The first time I tried, the young lady said she would have to check with drivers, then hung up. I went online later; didn't work. So, I called the store & evidently, they speak very broken English & don't understand. Should only have English speakers answer the phone! I am now without my supper & very unhappy.
They need some real customer service skills. They lost my business in the parking lot before I even ordered. The way you talked to that person in the lot that was a customer already. Was in my book somewhere, I will never eat. Lost my business and I wouldn't recommend your business to anyone. I didn't even try your food because the impression I got from you being rude and disrespectful to a paying customer.
