I come here often to get fuel for my truck and this is a regular stop and my route over the road. I know that This truck stop has a center of an auntie Anne's and thought I would get me some pretzel bites today but it was the severely turned off as I approached the cinnabon/ auntie Anne, stand and saw the attendant cough on her gloved hands and then proceed to arrange cinnamon rolls as though nothing happened. I'm disgusted. I'm shocked and that was completely ridiculous

The lady working the register Paulina or something like that was so rude over some plastic forks I grabbed 3 plastic forks and a cup of ice and as I'm walking up to the counter she was looking at me as if I just stole something i said I just grabbed a couple forks I'll pay for them if I need she was so hateful and rude like I just stole something saying I'm taking stuff I said I'm not taking a dang thing so I started emptying my pockets and she said you took the forks I will never use y'all's store again that was the worst I've ever been treated at any store and over 3 plastic forks

I don’t recommend the Springfield Missouri location. The GM Dalton sends his maintenance man outside to harass a young homeless girl whom us truck drivers gave her a free shower & food. Instead of harassing the homeless he needs to manage his employees to clean up the location. Truck Diesel island always filthy. Bathrooms stink. This is the day crew. I reported a truck driver passing at the island & the lady inside says well maybe he couldn’t hold it. No get off your butt & do what your supposed to do instead of harassing a homeless girl

wendys is never open.... employees don't care if you ask for help.....just nasty outside with the homeless camp in parking lot
