“This is our go to Popeyes in Springfield, Mo. Our chicken today was fresh and tasty.
I felt so bad for the employees today. They only had 3 people and they were hustling trying to do their jobs. Seems management or owner could do a better job with having enough employees to make their business run smoother. Waiting time was much longer than usual.“
“Was pushed up and waited for 2 cars before I decided it was too long to wait for chicken and rice. So I went in and they didn’t even remember. Manager stepped in and said give him a refund. So she didn’t even know about the order just I guess didn’t like me because I am Hispanic. I just said really twice and lost my meal by a racist manager. I was clearly in the right to be upset and all I really said was really after hearing that I was getting no food and a refund. Bad customer service. Not wondering anymore why they don’t get business there.“
