I had a simple order and did not receive my side with my second meal. And usually I will drive across the other side of town to go here because they normally don't mess up my order.
I always have to ask for fresh food. Although the manager is cool with fixing the problem, I shouldn't have to playfully ask for fresh food every time. It's like they fry up a bunch of food and sit it under the heat lamps.

We went last night. Ordered two sandwiches and fries. We sat in line at the ordering kiosk for well over five minutes (only one car was ahead of us). Once we placed our order we were asked to go park off to the side and they would bring it out to us. 25 minutes later we went in to prod the order along. They'd forgotten about us. Our sandwiches were cold, dry, and hard. I only got in three bites before giving up. The fries were amazing.Due to lack of time, I won't be going back.
