Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I saw on social media that Popeyes had "pickle" items. I have never been to Popeyes but was interested in this theme. the store closest to me said they open at 10am on Sunday. I was there are 10:01 Sunday morning. waited in the drive thru for 5 minutes before someone said "sorry for the inconvenience, we will not be open until approximately 1130am". I said WHAT"? "We are completely out of chicken, I'm sorry for the inconvenience". ummmm helllllooooo! you're a chicken kinda restaurant, should you not be prepared with chicken at 10am when you open?? I ended up going to the Republic store and got what I wanted! really wasn't overly impressed, so can't complain overly harsh.

If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. I ordered 5 pieces of chicken and they told me to pull forward and wait. I waited 30 minutes before I finally decided to go inside, because I get it, sometimes places get busy. They forgot my order, so I waited a bit longer but finally had to leave because my lunch break was over. Many other customers also went to the counter with problems. First and LAST time I ever go to Popeyes

The food is always so delicious and I have no complaints. However it’s the “only” reason I come back. If I have time to wait, I will go. THIS IS NOT A “fast food” place. The wait time is insane, and they don’t except anything besides exact change, and cards.

I’m gonna be so honest, not a single time that I have gone to this specific location have they EVER gotten my order correct, if they don’t have something they will either not give it to you or they will replace it with something completely unrelated. In addition, the food quality is pretty poor the majority of the time and the employees are incredibly rude each time we come in. Seriously go to any other Popeyes than the Campbell location and save yourself a ton of time and annoyance

Came in late and ordered a LOT of ghost pepper wings. Staff was attentive and friendly. We had an expected wait, but totally worth it! Everything was great!

Every time we order the food is fresh if we get any. Half the time most of our order is missing, best case we are only missing one item. Today was the last straw as they had us wait 30 minutes, you can’t call to check on anything because their phone is always off the hook or dead, so went inside to find our food under the warmer where the bag had melted, receipt was burnt, the food containers were melting and we were still missing food.

To the owner response that is obviously a copy and paste reply, I have had this happen EVERY time and have “raised it to the proper blah blah” and the behavior has not changed. We will absolutely not be back. You should take notes from the Joplin locations, they’re awesome 100% if the time.

The staff was great. They were entertaining to watch while we waited as they caught up on orders. It did take longer than I thought it should to get our food but they made up for it. The good was good.
