I don't live in Springfield but I'm here often for National Guard drill and price Cutter seems to be the grocery store I lean to most when I'm here. This one here on Battlefield is a nice modern store with a lot of amenities, including a bbq trailer, a nice liquor/wine department. The store layout seems a little off compared to other stores I'd consider impressive but I guess it works for them. I finally tried the bbq they smoke out front and wow, what an experience. The pulled pork was so tender and full of flavor that it gives some of the best bbq joints in the city a run for their money. The ribs were okay, but the sausages were awesome too, not too spicy but just as tasty.
