Great sandwiches! Pass on the cookies, as they are store bought, but the sandwiches are legit.

My wife and I wanted a quick lunch. We had been wanting to stop in here for a while after grabbing cannolis to go a couple of times. Her manicotti was good, but typical for a pasta dish. It's a nice portion, though. My pastrami sandwich was very nice with a lot of meat and a good flavor. I usually make mine hot, but it was good as a cold sandwich here. The, of course, we finished it off with those delicious, very fresh cannolis. We'll be back to try more.

Had one of their specials for the first time, beef ravioli. It was excellent, can't stop thinking about it. I wish it was a standard menu item, but at the same time, maybe its rarity makes it special.

Went in for an Italian beef sandwich. I ordered it wet and to go. First impression was the bag felt light. Unwrapping the sandwich led to disappointment. Beef looked like lunch meat. The bread was good. They tried on the flavor but it was lacking. The sandwich wasn’t as wet as I would have liked. I’m happy to have gotten an Italian beef in Springfield but it let me down. I will give them one more shot down the line after I venture out to rogersville and try D’Vine deli.

The beef reminded me of Arby’s. I’m from Chicago. Very excited for an Italian deli. Sorry!!! Not

Delicious Italian sandwich with lots of meat and good quality bread. The portion size is large and the price is very reasonable. The gentleman working the counter is very friendly. Highly recommend! If I lived in Springfield, I'd come here every week.

Queen City Deli made Christmas 2023 one to remember! Everyone in my household tested positive for Covid 12/23 completely derailing every Christmas plan we had, including going to loved ones for dinner. In a scramble I happened to call Queen City and they had a Christmas lasagna left for immediate pick up! Without them, I’m not sure what we would have done in our quarantine. Not to mention it was the best lasagna we have ever had. Will now be a constant in our house!

Some of the best food we've had in a while and the prices were surprisedly very affordable, especially considering the quality of ingredients and portion sizes. We had the Parrino Special and the Muffuletta with a side of pasta salad and tiramisu. Everything was freshly made and amazingly delicious! Hands down the best tiramisu and pasta salad I've ever had!! The Muffuletta was huge and well worth the price! We can't wait to go back and try the fresh pasta dinners.

First time customer and based on this order I’d probably never return.Picked up a to go order so I can’t comment on service or atmosphere.Italian potatoes - a bit on the greasy side, lacking seasoning so not disappointed the order was on the skimpy side.Minestrone soup - or at least that what it was called. Seasoned broth, seasoned broth and seasoned broth. There was a very small amount of carrots, celery and potatoes. An Italian would be embarrassed. No where near the minestrone soups I’ve been exposed to over the years.Veggie Po Boy - order site didn’t state eggplant - it’s a thin breaded steak. Portobello mushrooms are baby portobellos - guess you can’t have 2 patty size items on one sandwich. All ingredients were grilled except for the bread. Sandwich as a whole was mediocre.
