Raising Cane's Reviews
friendly staff. fries are ok. but the chicken and the toast are the bomb dot com. love the quality of the tenders. in days weve spent 160$ at the 1 on sunshine lol. yikes. gonna chill that out. but its soooo good!
Finally got to try Raising Cain’s and it was so disappointing. I ordered two of the 3 strip meals and neither had Texas toast included. I was already across town and at home when I noticed. I tried to call about it but there was no answer. The drive thru was chaotic. She would ask me for my order and than I could hear her talking to her coworkers and then she would tell me to repeat myself. That happened 3 times! Won’t be returning!
Yummy food! Inside is cool. Drive through goes pretty quick.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers offers good food, particularly its chicken fingers. The store's temperature was reported to be cold. Some staff members wore hoodies with the hood up, which was deemed an unusual appearance. The sauce is a favorite among customers, who praise the staff for their friendly and helpful nature. The employees are accommodating and patient with out-of-town visitors, even when they make mistakes. The chicken and fries are highly praised for being hot, crispy, and fresh, with some customers noting the addition of toast as a nice touch. The restaurant can be very crowded, making parking difficult, but it is popular for its affordable and good-quality chicken. Inside, the atmosphere is lively and loud, with many young customers and excitement. The drive-through can be a bit confusing during busy times, sometimes requiring a wrap around the building to line up. The staff are considered super friendly, and the restaurant remains a great choice for a quick, satisfying meal. However, some customers expressed disappointment over the lack of ranch dressing, having to go to Wendy’s down the street to get it. Overall, Raising Cane's is known for its good food and friendly service, though parking and certain condiments could be improved.
