Disappointed. Went today, not busy at all, looked fully staffed. Food was not same quality as it used to be.Burgers and fries were cold, cheese cold, soda machines needed to be changed, tea empty, napkins empty, condiment counter very dirty. Customers behind us also disappointed. We returned our food and asked for refund. Never done that before. 😔

no dressing, I had to ask if dressing was already on it. Cucumbers on salad were like they had been frozen. Then I was told dressing was out there, which it wasn't.
sitting down I could see kitchen. dirty floor, trash cans in food prep area without lids. Staff with gloves handling raw meat, then also prepping burgers.
