Stopped in for Sunday lunch and it was pretty empty customer wise. We got the fish platter with Mac and cheese and corn. Mac and cheese was watery and the corn had soured. I set it at the end of the table and could smell it the whole time. The fish was okay. Meaty filets but the breading is overly salted. Wasn’t a fan of the tartar sauce. Didn’t have any pickles in it. UPDATE..7.14.25 ROACHES! FLIES! WENT AND CHECKED OUT RECENT FOOD INSPECTION BEFORE I DECIDED TO CALL HEALTH DEPT! It was already included in last inspection.. will never eat here again..Tried for first time! Saw chicken livers on menu and was excited! But, overcooked and tasted like the oil fries were cooked in. Fries were good. My friends Philly cheese steak sandwich was good also. Prices were fair and man working, not sure if owner, very friendly.
I was so impressed with the quality of food prepared in this little establishment that I can't say enough. We had the Catfish and Shrimp Platter and a Shrimp Po Boy with fried pickles. The food was seasoned to perfection. Will definitely be back again. 😋
