I asked if the matcha was a pre blend and specifically that I didn’t want a sweetened drink. They said no but it’s stored in a plastic container so the staff can’t tell but it was so sweet I turned around and asked for a refund and would buy an americano. The staff tried to help and called the manager who refused the refund for one of the most expensive drinks on the menu. This wasn’t a flavore preference this was them not properly labeling/knowing their drinks.
Then I went to scan the barcode right by the window to leave a survey and she came back and said that the manager asked not to take photos of them. It was the most bizarre example of service I’ve ever experienced. The girl working the window was trying to help and it was nothing on her but everything escalated after that was a debacle.

I usually love coming to Scooters but today was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was placing my regular order in the drive thru and as I asked for an XL Sea Salt Caramelicious I was told they were out but could do a regular iced caramelicious which was fine. I then went to order a a cinnamon roll and before I could continue ordering the woman taking my order cut me off and told me to Scoot around. I then said I actually have a couple other items I need to order please. It took a minute before she got back on for me to continue my order. I then asked for 2 of the Caramelicious cake bites and a bacon burrito. She then directed me to pull around again so I did when I got to the window I was not greeted in a cheery manner like every experience I’ve had prior. The women at the window told me my total charged my card and then handed me my straw and was having difficulty getting the cinnamon roll out of the container which seemed to frustrate her as she then dropped the fork on the floor and did not have a smile when handing me a LG Iced caramelicious which was not what I ordered but I didn’t want to frustrate her anymore so I took it and waited for the remainder of my food. I received my cinnamon roll next followed by my cake bites which she was yelling at another employee to go get for her. She had a very snippy attitude when asking me if I wanted them in separate bags. I told her one bag was fine. Next was my bacon burrito which this was the most disappointing part of my visit. Usually I have sauce in the bag but this visit it was just the burrito and she had cooked it in the same oven with my cinnamon roll. My bacon burrito is completely covered in cinnamon roll and all sticky there was no wrapping around the burrito like usual. Todays visit was the worst I’ve ever had with this location.

While the staff is friendly and nice - I just spent more than I ever had at Starbucks or 7 Brew for a medium white mocha and raspberry iced latte with coconut milk. To make it more disappointing - it wasn’t made great either. I put in the straw and the first thing I got was a mouthful of raspberry syrup- it wasn’t well mixed- after mixing it well at home with a spoon well frankly it just tastes bitter… Update I did speak with the location. Again super nice staff.we think we discovered the issue- next time will try with French Raspberry syrup as even one staff member advised their regular is a. It bitter to them as well.

Service is always fast and friendly here. Orders are super consistent. I order the same thing every time, and this is by far the place that gets it the most identical. My only complaints are:
1) the area around your business is very awkward when it gets busy, and can end up blocking the outer street because there’s barely any room for a line of more than 5-7 cars. There’s nothing you can really do about that, but just a heads up for anyone wanting to come to this location during rush hour. You’ll likely have to park and go to the window if they are slammed.
2) I wish you had some food options that were a little more filling. I like your coffee better than Starbucks, but sometimes I’ll go to Starbucks instead so I can get something with a little more substance to eat. Not an issue with this individual location, though.
