Great drinks but the lady taking our order kept talking over us trying to get us to order a candy cane cinnamon roll. Just let me order my drinks first then ask if i want a cinnamon roll. then told us our total price was 10 dollars more then it should have been. We asked her multiple times to check if it was right and she said it was right each time. Finally after 3 times of asking she finally rechecked and gave us the right price. Upsell management style.

Why is it so hard to take an order of 2 drinks? One regular with an extra shot! One with oat milk and whipped cream!! Seems easy enough. But everytime, both come out with no whipped cream. And I was so flustered I didn’t scan for my smiles. Great.
It’s just really annoying when you show up to get a coffee and they have to ask you for every food item that they sell, then when you’re done ordering your coffee and telling them, you don’t want any food, they start asking you if You’re sure you don’t want anything else and that they could also offer you a bottle of water or a Red Bull. I understand this is up selling, but when a customer comes through the drive-through every morning like clockwork in the first thing they say because they know they’re gonna be asked is I don’t want any food water or Red Bulls but they still ask anyways is extremely annoying! I do not know if scooters is going under so they’re begging their customers to buy more stuff to keep their head afloat. That’s what I think maybe going on not really sure but seriously please stop begging your customers to buy extra shit. They don’t want.

The coffee wasn’t even good. I couldn’t bring myself to drink even half of it. I also have never had coffee upsetting my stomach until i tried scooters coffee. I drank ibuprofen & whatever other pills and nothing helped. It was jabbing pain.
