Since surveys have personally cost me $$ in the past I will never fill out a bad one. But, I had the most awkward interaction of my life this morning when the DT employee literally said zero words to me. It’s not this particular location, but Starbucks in general do better! I ordered a medium! How are you gonna hand me a small and tell me it’s a medium. You’re telling me you’re charging MORE and giving much less?!
