I loved my experience here! I tried a new iced coffee. It was oatmeal caramel with an extra shot of espresso. Pure heaven! The atmosphere was so refreshing. I sat working on my laptop, taking in wonderful jazz music being piped in, and talked with some especially nice patrons. The service was a bit slow but still well worth my money and time.

I love coming here! I come every morning on my way to work! There is a gentleman that works there he was there this morning and he is always amazing! He asks how you are, tells you have a good day with a true smile on his face! A bonus is as I said I stop here every morning on my way to work and they always get my order right! I ask for extra Carmel, sweet cream cold foam, and 4 pumps white chocolate mocha and that’s exactly what they do! They actually listen to their customers!!!!

This must be an older store. There's not much room/seating. And I don't think more people could get behind the counter than the two that were there. This makes things a little slower than other Starbucks. Kind, pleasant, workers; working as hard and fast as they could. Just not enough people for the time of day---I was there between 4 and 5 pm on an Thursday.

I like going here, but only if I order mobile. Every time I try to order at the counter I am ignored by everyone behind the counter. I have been able to order at the counter only once. All other times I've had to order mobile even though I'm dining in. This is why I usually go to a different Starbucks. Everyone at the one at Glenstone and Edgewood is kind and greets every customer when they walk in the door. I do not think I will be back to this one. I realize I sound like Karen, but dang it this has happened every time and it's really just sad, because I used to like it here.

Inept management, find another location. Ordered a coffee at the counter, was told it would go in line with the app orders coming in. Twenty minutes later when I inquired as to the status of the queue, my in person order was no where to be found.I had already paid for my order as customary, so not to be late to an appointment I told them to cancel the order and left without a refund. No way I was waiting longer for them make it haphazardly or go through an explanation regarding a refund.There’s a lot of other coffee options, choose any of them before returning here.
