Everytime I go to HyVee I look for Cassie! She’s the best barista I’ve had since shopping here! Always super positive and I don’t buy coffee often so when I do I take a while sometimes, she’s always very patient and informative! She’s my go to girl! And she deserves some recognition!
Also highly recommend a Dirty (blonde espresso) Iced Cherry Chai with you won’t regret it!

Ruined our Thanksgiving dinner, thanks. Food was disgusting, $150 wasted for sure. No heating instructions, so we wound up burning everything. Rolls were soggy, & what we could salvage of the meal was literally less flavorful than cardboard. As in I ate a piece to make sure I wasn't tripping. I absolutely was not. -10/10 definitely Do Not recommend.

I just came from the Battlefield Mall. Hands down worst experience ever. I hate the mall and shopping. I work seven days a week. I'm tired. Y'all are suppose to be the best coffee known nation wide Check this out....I ordered a cappuccino that tasted like got black coffee. I don't have a habit of littering (Judge if you're without sin)I threw the dang thang out the window bc it was stinking up the truck. I was just tired and even paid more for extra shot just to stay awake an adult today. Tall ain't making coffee like adults though.yall making foo-foo coffee water.

I keep getting bad quality coffee at this location then what I’m expecting from Starbucks. When I order an americano or a pour over I don’t expect to get regular brew watered down which is what it tastes like. I know what those coffee should taste and they never get them right here. Please improve. I don’t want to keep paying $4-$6 dollars for whatever down stuff

Two stars because my kids got their cake pops, and the workers were nice but first I couldn't redeem my stars for the cake pops, then I couldn't use my credit card linked to my app, and finally when I said I'll just reload the Starbucks card on the app, the cashier "rounded up" my total without asking or telling me. What did I donate to..? Glad I was driving through town and won't be back.

prices are higher than Walmart and Price Cutter, but you pay for quality. The Hyvee stores are well organized, so you don't waste time walking around the store trying to find something. they have an entire aisle of condiments. other stores have them scattered. throughout. Hyvee even teaches cooking and nutrition classes

I LOVE Hy-Vee in Springfield! The manager, David Frost, is so kind and helpful. His friendliness always brings a smile to my face! He runs a great store - it’s always clean, stocked up and the staff is just as friendly. Keep up the great work Dave and team!
I love their grocery department but their pharmacy is horrible. you will never get your medication on time.
