1st they mess up my burger by putting ketchup on it I ask for mayo only with pickles and lettuce and grilled onions the re made my burger but then again messed up by not putting the grilled onions on it the waitress never came back by and ask if everything was ok afterwards I had to ask for napkins I was just a little upset with everything usually at this location they are 5 stars I'm not to sure what happen today I guess the waitress was just to occupied with the new guy...

First time at a Steak ' n Shake. Nothing really stood out about the food or atmosphere. The service was not great. They were more interested in getting us into a particular booth which we did not want. Staff was more interested in chatting with one another than service. Ended up asking for it to go. We were the only customers inside. Food was fine. Typical fast food flavors.
