Best place out there for people getting into the gym or just trying to live a healthy lifestyle. The shakes taste amazing and Lexi’s so kind and personable. You will not find a better locally owned shop in town!
This place is delicious, the protein coffee and protein donuts were perfect and it's hard to even guess they're not sugary junk food. Great way to squeeze in more protein and meet macro goals without feeling like you have to live on chicken and broccoli all day. Lexi and her mascot are adorable and the Cafe is very cozy and cute. Totally recommend!
wonderful drinks and meal replacement options for those of us who are any variation of diabetic! I tried the energy tea and the hot chocolate meal replacement with protein. 30 grams! great way to recover after hot yoga!
