Will definitely be going back here. Got a piece of their cheese pizza and it was cooked just like they do in New York. Would highly recommend if you miss New York pizza.

The restaurant was clean(didn't use the bathrooms), quite, and business was fairly slow for a Friday night which made the service move quicker. The pizza we ordered was their version of meat lovers and let me tell you it was fast from any meat lovers dream pizza! There was an extremely small sliver of a bacon bit found on 2 slices, the pepperoni was as scarse, there was 1 sausage per slice. As for the sauce... I'm guessing there was 1 table on the entire pizza!! We had to ask for more and they had the nerve to charge us for what should have already been there!!! PATHETIC!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!

Terrible customer service this afternoon. I called this afternoon and said I wanted to do a go order and automatically got hung up on. I called back again it rang and rang, I was asked to be put no hold after already getting a person before, and they didn’t even tell the next person what I wanted. The time before that I ordered a slice of sausage and got a slice of cheese. I used to stop by once a week but the customer service is getting terrible at this location at least for to go orders.

We all used to love Big Slice due to the great quick service & pizza. However... the last so many times we have ordered or gone there, they have put way less toppings on thier food. Still love the crust but for the cost and to retain customers they need to return to the food they served before. The location on Sunshine needs to be decorated.
Vegetarian options: Pizza & Calzones can be anyway you want. They are fab about substituting food anyway you want.
Dietary restrictions: Has a GF option. Has vegan cheese.

First, I want to say that overall, I am typically a fan of this place, and I don't like to resort to going on the internet to voice my issues. Nevertheless, I had ordered one of their Caesar salads for pickup, and upon getting it home, we realized that the lettuce was far from desirable. Not only had it started turning brown in a bunch of spots, it had no crispness to it, and what seemed to be a drop or 2 of dressing on it. I did ask for additional dressing, which I got, but it still wasn't enough to cover the entire salad. Mind you, this is an approximate $13 Caesar salad. No chicken or meat of any kind, just lettuce, cheese, a few croutons, and dressing. My main issue lies with this next part, I went ahead and called the location to let them know about my issue. I spoke with a lady who said she was a manager. After I had given her the details of what had taken place, she told me that she would talk to the folks working at the time. What she failed to do, in my opinion, was to apologize to me as her customer and check to see if there might be anything she could do for me. Times are tough for everyone, and I don't often spend $13 on a single salad, but when I do, I expect it to be quality. (Which as I said before, it always had been!) She didn't offer to remake it or give me a gift card, or even a piece of cake on the house the next time I stopped in. I wasn't calling looking for free food, but when an apology wasn't even given, I began to think maybe I should have been.
