Unfortunately, it finally happened to me. I loved this place. Didn't understand the reviews popping up recently about how it's going downhill.
My food tonight was terrible. The chicken was shredded and not seasoned well at all. Usually, the wraps are full and have the crunch of the pickles. Tonight, there were barely pickles, and they were thinly sliced. The wrap was flat and mushy with dry shredded chicken inside.

I have eaten at this place numerous times and everything on the menu is delicious. I love the loaded shwarma and the salads. Every time the food is amazing. The staff is usually pretty quick and at the register, sometimes they are not and you have to wave one down. Usually this type of food is done in independent restaurants, but having this food franchised with cool packaging and the whole feel is really awesome.
