I inquired about gluten free options, per the red circle at the top of both sides of the menu to get another server holler across to our server, "tell her it's only cauliflower crust pizza".
It is totally okay to not have options but strange to make it a highlight on the menu if that's the case. I figured I would be given the option of bunless burgers or grilled chicken, maybe even a salad, but nope 🤷
This is one of the best places in springfield to eat!
The Roost is our golf league sponsor all summer long. They provide dinner to our winning captain all league. We always go after league to the Roost on Cox Rd and they take great care of us. We are an erratic, lively bunch that shows up all at once, so we can be a real handful. But always do great work!!! Thanks Gene Lofaro!!!!
