It always takes at least 10 minutes longer than they say. Our order was supposed to be ready at 2:08 (online order). We were waiting until 2:20 for our order while people who placed orders after us got their orders. Our food was done 10 minutes before the smoothie and sat the entire time and was cold when we got it. Can we please make the smoothie first and food last? Seems like common sense to me to not let food sit and get cold while the smoothie, the one thing that is fine if it sits, takes forever to finish being made. I believe this problem falls upon the company and not the individual employees.

Steer clear if you have a food allergy. I have a gluten allergy and asked the cashier if the Thai chicken salad was gluten free if ordered without wantons. She said "I have no idea." I asked "is there a way to find out?" She said "not really" (which I know is not true, as I worked in the fast food industry for 8 years). So I went ahead and ordered it, and after all that, they gave me a wrap. So I had to have it remade, and they didn't apologize for the mistake. All in all, a bad experience.

I love tropical smoothie for something light on a long or hot day but I decided to go to this location on my lunch break and I won’t be back. I just ordered a salad beings that I didn’t want to have anything hot before going back to work, that currently has no ac.. I waited 30 minutes for my salad to while I watched them work on mobile orders. I’ve worked in the fast food industry and I am very aware that the people there get served FIRST not the mobiles that aren’t even there. I waited so long just to get a wrap instead. And yes I am aware there is a wrap and salad with the same name and that is why I said salad at the end of it. Most importantly this location needs to learn order of events because I shouldn’t have waited that long.

Amazing and healthy. Add Ina like protein and collagen are my favorite. Great anytime of the day

Sometimes you just need what you need, when you need it. Got finished at the gym only to realize I only had a couple minutes to get to this location. I made it here at 8:57pm. I was expecting to get turned around as they were about to close. Brooklyn A was so sweet that she showed no disappointment in making me a last minute order. Order was ring up at 8:58pn and I was a happier camper a little past 9:00pm. Thank you. You helped my night. I'll be back. Love the Sunrise Sunset.

Three separate to go orders over three weeks and they forgot my salad dressing every single time, forcing me to drive back to get it.

Couldn’t place order online so I called and the gal I spoke with was friendly. Walked in… No one said anything and they were putting lids on the two smoothies I ordered no one else inside. (They were not busy)Dude acted like he didn’t even want to exist. Sorry i ordered smoothies and you did your job?… really seemed like the other girl did it and he wasnt doing anything but the register. He put the smoothies on the counter said my name and walked away no eye contact nothing. I yelled HAVE A GOOD DAY to everyone and only he timidly gave a response- terrible terrible service and wouldn’t have even come here with the trouble I had online if I wasn’t sick and needed something like this desperately. As someone who manages in service- this is not how you treat customers at all.

Ordered a chicken & cheese quesadilla and it didn’t come with any chicken on it at all ? didn’t notice until I was across town and when I called no one answered. There was only two ingredients so I’m confused how this got messed up.
