My husband and I just got green detox smoothies and they were not up to the usual standard. They were basically just ice with minimal flavor. We brought it to their attention and the reply was, “Oh, they just turn out that way sometimes.” Meanwhile we spent over $12 (plus $2 tip) for two large cups of ice. Very disappointed. We Will probably return as we have had excellent smoothies there in the past but will make sure to ask for an experienced, trained person to handle our order and avoid Brontë S. 8/15/25. Okay I'm not going to complain. I normally get my smoothie and enjoy it and chill. But today I was like you know what I'm going to get food. Well let's just say my breakfast burrito looked more like a punching bag like what did they do to my burrito? It tastes well but it looks like it was elbow dropped by John Cena in a WWE arena. I didn't have much conversation with the clerks but the atmosphere was nice. I just present my food better please.
Wish I could have tried. But at 9:26am they weren’t open when they were supposed to be open at 9:00am.
I tend to use the mobile app to order from this location and have never had any major issues. I send it in about 10/15 minutes before I can get there, and it's always waiting for me. The salad I had was fresh, and the smoothies are full. The only issue I've had is there was no fork for the salad, but I had one at work, and sometimes the smoothies aren't blended completely smooth. I will continue going to this location due to their timeliness and accuracy with getting the orders correct!
We love Tropical Smoothie, but this one is the worst. I have never been to a restaurant where the rules change based off which employee you talk to. If you go in and they’re busy they will literally ignore you. If you call and they’re busy they will say they changed the rules and can’t take your order or they just won’t pick up the phone. If they close at 9:00pm at 8:40pm they will tell you they’re closed. Just go to the Tropical Smoothie down the street.

Came in, went to the register to order. Was looked at multiple times and no one said a word. Stood there for approx 5-10 min and not one word. Another lady walks up and gets greeted right away. I asked why her not us and nothing, no apologies, nothing. Kind of ridiculous.
We went there Monday at 9 am. The lady in the back washing stuff saw us but no one said a word to us. A worker was on break staring at her phone the entire time, not a peep to alert other workers, nor to us. We just stood there for a couple minutes in awkward silence waiting on the lady to finish up in the back, but no one said anything to us so we walked out and went to another TS location where we got much friendlier service and delicious food. If I owned this business I'd find more conscientious employees. I'm a waitress and this is never how you treat customers.

Today is Friday, March 14, 2025. Stopped in around 1:40pm to order an Acai Mixed Berry Bowl with peanut butter drizzle. I ordered this masterpiece to go, I didn't even get a chance to sit and wait at the bar, and they had it ready. Can you believe that?! These ladies are faster than Jimmy Johns! They are no joke. They are no kidding around. Awesome!

It always takes at least 10 minutes longer than they say. Our order was supposed to be ready at 2:08 (online order). We were waiting until 2:20 for our order while people who placed orders after us got their orders. Our food was done 10 minutes before the smoothie and sat the entire time and was cold when we got it. Can we please make the smoothie first and food last? Seems like common sense to me to not let food sit and get cold while the smoothie, the one thing that is fine if it sits, takes forever to finish being made. I believe this problem falls upon the company and not the individual employees.

Steer clear if you have a food allergy. I have a gluten allergy and asked the cashier if the Thai chicken salad was gluten free if ordered without wantons. She said "I have no idea." I asked "is there a way to find out?" She said "not really" (which I know is not true, as I worked in the fast food industry for 8 years). So I went ahead and ordered it, and after all that, they gave me a wrap. So I had to have it remade, and they didn't apologize for the mistake. All in all, a bad experience.
