More than ten minutes to get an order ready after I got to the window. That seems a bit excessive for a handful of fries and a couple pieces of bacon, even if they were straight out of the freezer. The thought that comes to mind though is that they treated it as if if wasn't anything unusual for them.

We were greeted and treated wonderfully, food came out quickly and was nice and fresh.
I asked twice for unsweetened tea and still got sweet tea in drive thru. Wouldnt be a big deal as it was good but i am a type 1 diabetic. Had to go to an appointment so didnt have time to go back and get it exchanged

I just sat in the drive thru for about 20-25 minutes. I initially had no problem waiting. Even after sitting at the window for 10 more minutes and not being greeted, I was fine. The lady who handed me our order quickly apologized for the wait and I replied that it was okay. But then she practically shoved my order in my face and slammed the window shut. Not cool.
