Ordered door dash from this restaurant two nights in a row & my order was missing multiple items both times. And what I did get was old and slapped together. Won’t get my money again

I just sat in the drive thru for about 20-25 minutes. I initially had no problem waiting. Even after sitting at the window for 10 more minutes and not being greeted, I was fine. The lady who handed me our order quickly apologized for the wait and I replied that it was okay. But then she practically shoved my order in my face and slammed the window shut. Not cool.

I go to this location frequently. Until yesterday, I have been extremely pleased. When I went to fill my soda, the lids to the kids cups were stuck. When I finally got one out, there were multiple lids stuck together. I could see soda or soda syrup on them. They came from the dispenser where clean lids are expected. Accidents happen, people do things that are "funny" when they really are not.

Being a responsible person, I took the lids up to the counter and told the guy working what I found and where. He took the lids from me, looked at them, and walked away. He did not apologize, he did not offer me a clean lid, he just walked away.

I think he went back and started cooking. I know he was working the register because he is who I paid. Also, the restaurant was not busy.

This is my neighborhood location and it just made me sad, and frankly disgusted.

None of the employees wear gloves…I’ve noticed it a while ago and see it every time at this location. Not once have I seen, up to 8, employees wear gloves. Even the managers. Food is usually good.

So opens at 6am means nothing. I was getting off work and happy because in stl they don't open till 7. So on Nov 17. I wait 15 minutes till 6am. Then give them a couple more minutes because who wants to be that guy? So at 607 I get a chipper "sorry we're closed. , yeah I don't know when we'll even open, and no you can't even get a dr pepper" so that I could just go straight to hotel to eat... the chipper voice is why it wasn't 1 star
