The general manager had a terrible attitude and seemed like she didn't want to be there at all she was being very disrespectful the entire time and was on her phone while taking my order won't be coming back until she's fired do not recommend coming to this location

I don't know where you guys find your employees but maybe at least make sure they can freaking read you always screw the order up thank you for not allowing us all to eat. This location is horrible do not go there

Terrible staff, refused to take my order after waiting in line over 20 minutes. Told me DoorDash and mobile orders were more important than customers standing in line. Horrible.

Went into the restaurant to get food, as a professional driver needed to grab it fast due to clock. First thing i noticed is no cashier at register, then i noticed loud music playing in the background. Someone finally noticed me and came to take my order which he got wrong. After my order was completed he asked me if he got the right burger. I said no but give me the other so i could go. I even tried to let the lady who was preparing it know that i would just take what she made but apparently the music was too loud so she never heard me and commenced to prepare 2 new burgers. When i brought this to their attention I was blown off and told she was trying to make it so i could leave. Then another worker came up and said they could just give me a refund and I could leave due to me saying a few cuss words but nothing aimed at anyone just general words. I will not be coming back to this location and i hope someone sees this and does something about the customer service provided at this location

They seem to hold their meat and fries for too long.
The quality of the Wendy’s drops by like 80% after about 5:30.

Their tea is always very watered down compared to the Wendy’s in republic.
There’s some really solid staff here but if they’re not there this place is rough.

Drive thru is always closed.... It seems like they don't want to work at ......just go to a different one like the one on Kearney you won't be disappointed....

Ordered my food online and I got their n I told them I want fresh food and I got a large meal and my fries were no good at all also my fries were half like a med fries not even that and I called nearly 8 times no answer never go their!

I have called MULTIPLE times to avoid this but apparently their phones aren’t working. I got the grilled chicken wrap and the chicken is old and hard. I can’t even bite into it. Do better.

You should just listen to the one star reviews. I placed a mobile order for quick pickup and waited 15 minutes before heading in to wait another 15 minutes for it to be ready. Made it home lacking multiple items, went back- was told it would be ready and I had to wait another 15 minutes and after asking multiple times if a specific items was put in the bag and them confirming I got home to the wrong order a second time. ? This place needs a lot of help and I will just drive to Springfield next time ?‍♀️

I ordered delivery. While I didn't like paying nearly $7 between service and delivery, it is what it is. I was hungry and wanted food for lunch, dinner, and lunch for next day. It arrived in the estimated time. The 1st bag contained my crispy chicken biggie bag. It did not have the dipping sauce for the nuggets, but whatever, I was concentrated on the fries and frosty. Then I opened the 2nd bag, which contained baked potato, Chili, and apples. Expecting the dipping sauce and the extra sour cream and butter for the potato. And extra sour cream and saltines for the chili. Of which there was none. Also, I paid for cheese on the baked potato and there was none. Though, I did get the extra chives I requested, but who wants to eat a plain potato with extra chives. The chili did have the cheese and onions added. I was pretty disappointed because I was looking forward.
I know all these things sound small trivial, but the small things matter. Sour cream and butter are pretty basic, especially when it printed on the order. I try to call the location. It rings and rings, then goes dead. Ok... I try again and again, the same. I wonder. So, I call another location just to see if not answering the phone is a Wendy's thing. Answered in 3 rings. I tell him a little about this and he tells me that this is a corporate Wendy's (not a Hamra Franchise). Now things make a little more sense. Long story short, support local business and do not order from this Wendy's.

LUNG “1UNG_GAMING” COOKIEz

I ate the best Wendy’s breakfast I’ve had in a long time, the tea is exactly how I like it. The potato wedges was cooked perfectly with a delicate crispiness. And the bacanator was just built to bring happiness.
