Did a mobile order, we clearly were the only ones knew who we were pulled up got our drink ask to pull around to wait on food we parked remind you it was not busy! Brought our food and said mobile order we said yes, went home to find out wrong order on top horrible customer service and they touched all food with out gloves

Now wonder they are low. Who has low service in a fast food. Mind boggling! App only had driver thru and dine in. After making order for drive thru, I had phoned the restaurant and stated I’m at the light. Just to save 10 mins of getting in line and having to wait for my order, I requested to be checked in so it can be in and out. Lady said it was protocol. I hat protocol? I already paid for my food.

I'm not even kidding I am dumbfounded at the complete and incompetence. I got a baconator fry and I'm not even kidding I waited 5 minutes. And I had unmelted cold cheese sauce. Used to work at Wendy's so I know how they make the cheese sauce and it's like they just scooped it out of the cold bin and put it in my fries. I can see why this place has three stars. And the fries were stale and completely cold

Hayley went above and beyond with her customer service ! Hard working 💪 even under pressure with all orders she was a true trooper . We need more employees with that positive attitude in this world ! I will recommend this Wendy's to all the truckers ! Awesome job Hayley 👏 👍 🙌

The employees let a homeless man come behind the counter and make his own food. Corporate will be hearing from me about this.

Also, it took 30 minutes to make the order. The staff at this location are completely incompetent & are running this store like clowns.

Spend 30 bucks for 3 sandwiches. Waited 27 min Bread was hard as rock they were out of cheese so they put Asiago without telling anyone and it taste like poop. No refund was given

10 employees working and they say they are understaffed. Sat for almost 30 min waiting on my order. Managers just left new employees to fend for themselves while they sat around doing nothing. Had to be 30 people in the lobby and nobody was getting food. I will not be back ever.
