they told me to pull up and wait for my 10 chicken nuggets. i waited 15 minutes and came inside and they completely forgot about me. got my food but i had to go inside. i will not be returning to this wendy’s and am not happy at all with my meal. The people in the back were blasting music and not working very hard. the person at the register was very kind and understanding.

Waiting to order my food for 20 mins, finally di and order the loaded nacho chicken sandwich. The bread was hard the chicken tastes like week used oil. The people stood around and talk and catching attitudes towards people who been waiting on food or to make an order .

We just came through here at 8:30 in the morning to grab something before husband’s flight. Drive- thru closed, so walked inside. The people there working were hiding in the back (we could see shoulders and hear them talking).After calling out, “Hello? Hello?” one of them popped out, LOOKED AT US, then went right back to hiding and talking to whomever else was there. Would not come out to take our order, or even let us know they knew we were there and they’d be right with us. If they were in the middle of something I’d understand, but they were literally standing around doing nothing. Left after that.This is probably the most unprofessional Wendy’s I’ve ever been in. Do not recommend.

Just wow... I order a lettuce wrap all the time here and tonight an inept manager (lets call it chris) Tells me I can't have ot wrapped in a paper that they wrap all hamburgers in cause it will slip out and fall on me and burn me .... What a freaking joke for one your hamburgers are never hot enough to burn anybody and another putting it in a plastic boat makes it impossible to fing hold and eat I need it wrapped in paper so I can hold it and eat it it's a freaking lettuce wrap for crying out loud so he literally tells me to go somewhere else and gives me my money back because they won't wrap my lettuce wrap hamburger in a hamburger wrapping paper hire someone that knows what they're doing am told that I'm not the only one that has a problem with certain management at this place
The gentleman that took our order was very polite and knowledgeable of the menu. Our food was fresh and hot. I recommend trying the Caramel Cold Brew coffee but maybe with extra ice. Overall cleanliness wasn't that great but still a nice experience due to the friendly customer service. Thanks for having us.

I have eaten here before and been pleased with the food quality even if it usually is not fast.I just wanted to leave a review letting people know if there is a promotion and it states "only participating locations" for Wendy's, this is not the place to go. I have tried several times and today was Veterans Day and they were not participating.I just wanted to let other people know not to go here for these promotions.
