Placed an order through the Whataburger app on June 19 and half my food was missing. I called corporate since it was an online order, and they promised to reach out or refund me. Four months later, still nothing. Terrible follow-through and customer service. Worst Whataburger in town, consistently disappointing.

A location in Colorado Springs gave me the wrong order, something I'm allergic to. They refused to refund my card and told me to go back to receive a cash refund. That is ridiculous, I will be reporting this as fraud to my bank and I will never go to whataburger again.
