Losing confidence in this place everytime. Food quality is way down. You have to ask for well done so they are cooked correctly. Fries have been undercooked. Service is good execution of food is not.

Horrible food not made right at all. Asked for 5 tenders I got boneless that’s is not the same at all and asked for lemon pepper sprinkle I couldn’t even get that. smh Homeless man walked in reached over the counter and grabbed a cup and fixed himself a drink and walked out. Cook was Frying chicken with no gloves touching uncooked chicken with his bare hands I’m good on y’all. I’ll get wings elsewhere.

Typically do not leave reviews, however feel that I have to based ony experience at this Wingstop. My wife placed an online order, paid for it, and told me and my 11 year old son to pick it up. Got to the Wingstop, nobody was working the register even though there several employees in the back. After waiting a couple of minutes I saw an order on the rack ready for pickup, noticed it was mine based on my wife's name on the receipt and grabbed it. As soon as I did a young lady came out of the back and told me that I needed to produce the online receipt to pickup the order, she then proceeded to rudely take the bag away from me and put it back on the rack. My wife had to send me a screenshot of the online order in order for me to pick up and even showed them my ID in case there were any questions. Absolutely worst experience and most unprofessional employees, will never go to Wingstop again. There are many choices when it comes to wings, don't waste your money on this place.

Plan on waiting 20 minutes for your food if you dine in. Parking lot is super small and crowded at the front of the store. Staff are friendly enough granted they're having to do too much at once. The mobile orders have taken over the store and priority of service. Way too many customers and not enough capacity to handle it efficiently. Excellent marketing, yet no ability to handle the crowd. Very dysfunctional.

I tried to call and place an order. Waited about 3-5 minutes on hold. No problem. Then they disconnected the phone and I tried 3 more times to call and place an order but wouldn’t go through. Terrible customer service and will not waste my time again.
