Plan on waiting 20 minutes for your food if you dine in. Parking lot is super small and crowded at the front of the store. Staff are friendly enough granted they're having to do too much at once. The mobile orders have taken over the store and priority of service. Way too many customers and not enough capacity to handle it efficiently. Excellent marketing, yet no ability to handle the crowd. Very dysfunctional.
Shoutout to this location and staff. I placed an order the Friday before Super Bowl and the staff was calm and friendly.My food was ready on time, they even let me change one of the flavors last minute.Suggestion: let people tip online or when we pick up our food - I wanted to show your staff my appreciation!
