My card was ran at 991 Northwest Plaza Dr. St Ann, Mo 63074 on 09-16-2023 at 5:11pm after receiving rude and inaccurate service I had to call the store back and it was a complete disaster from there. My food was wrong their service was off the Owner Latrell called back was apologetic offered to refund me and correctly make my order. TERRIBLE, & SCARY
I was on the phone talking to a friend explaining to them I did a online order and it wasn’t ready and hadn’t been started (I wasn’t loud or talking to anyone at the store) He stopped cutting meat walked to the pick up counter and said in a threatening tone and manner you can leave if your going to cause a scene & waived my ticket in my face and said your order DOSENT have to be ready until 12.
