Q Wings is a restaurant on St Charles Rock Rd that has built a loyal following. The staff is friendly and the crew likes to have fun while they work. The Q-Wing Special sauce is a recommended flavor, and the Breaded Spicy Lemon Pepper wings, Ranch rub wings all drums extra crispy, lemon pepper, and Thai sweet chili are all favorites. The hot sauce on the side has flavors that are off the charts. The crab ragoon also does not miss. The Double cheese burger is delicious and juicy, the fries are absolutely crispy with the right amount of salt, and the Philli steak is a hit with kids. Chicken tenders are available too. Whether it is a first visit or a third time ordering, Q Wings is described as possibly the best place in St. Louis that sells wings.
