Very negative experience at St. Ann. Came inside to dine in. The three of us each had a coupon. Their Kiosk machines do not accept orders with coupons, so usually the manager/supervisor on duty would ring our order up on the drive thru register with no issues, but this evening on Saturday 5/11/24, the manager/supervisor was intentionally ignoring us. Went last night & it was unusbusy really buzy. When I got home, my burger was wrong. My husband didn't like the taste of & gave it to the dogs. Plus, not enough help for how busy they were. Very disappointing.
I went to the steak and shake and the manager Ms K was rude as hell
when I mentioned I did not get a receipt she was like "but is something wrong with your food "
that is totally not the point. I need my receipt. Then they are our of cheese. milkshakes and chili.I will never go again
