I ordered a taco salad. It took over 35 minutes to get my order. No one came while I was waiting to let me know what was taking so long with my order. On top of everything else, the counters were dusty. The space under the glass that separates the pastries from patrons should not be there. Guests were coughing while waiting and I was just disgusted by that. For sure germs are getting on those pastries.
I ordered the chicken and waffles. I won’t say they were the worst chicken tenders I have ever had ..but they came really close. They were extremely salty and the meat was tough. I tried to eat them because I needed the protein but couldn’t even finish one. At least the waffle was delicious.
The view of the food on the billboard looks decent. So the main reason why they got a 2 out of 5 star. They need to do a whole lot better. With answering the land line for the individuals who are actually en joying their stay in a hotel room? Wouldn't have to walk all the way down there to make an order. It will be a whole lot better. It had they had an online order.
