First time staying at this location for a cheer competition weekend. For the crazy price we paid for 2 nights, I would expect the staff clean the room and replenish towels during the day when we were gone. We were gone all day and evening, the room was not touched at all. The complimentary breakfast was fine, pretty standard. The room was large, which was nice. Bathroom had visible mold and rust. Including on the shower head. The location is nice. But when paying crazy high prices...
The customer service provided was satisfactory. However, I encountered difficulties in receiving a comprehensive explanation of the room’s location. The staff member’s voice was not sufficiently loud to fully convey the instructions until they physically pointed it out.
