I love your cookies.. but major customer service fail. I ordered a cookie cake for my son’s birthday this weekend. When I pull up to the location, it’s locked and no one is there on Saturday. Tried again later, still locked. No one is there and no sign posted. Called the number on the door, line is not in use for that Kirkwood posted phone number.

Hot Box Cookies stole our money and will not refund it.
We placed an online order just after Christmas, for same-day pickup. When we went to pick up our order not 30 minutes later—in the middle of the day—but they were closed for no reason. No sign, door locked, nobody home we waited several minutes and knocked repeatedly. They took our order, but no one was there to give us our cookies.
