Is there -10 stars. Food was cold and nasty! Brisket cheddar was gross. Lots of fat. Barely any meat. Will not go there again!! Would not recommend.

Ordered small crinkle fries, got curly.?Tried to order a SIDE of roast beef for my dog, which I do all across the country, only to be told by some incompetent employee that "there is no side of roast beef", so I had to pay for a slider with no cheese and no bun. And these people want $15 an hour???

I asked for 3 things special on my order. I asked for a turkey bacon ranch as a wrap; asked for no onion (which the guy making the food repeated); & asked for crinkle cut fries extra crispy. I got a wrap. There was onion on it. The fries were not extra crispy and 1/3 of the fries were curly. At least the young lady at the counter was nice.

A thief works here...tried doing split paymentHanded the girl 5 dollars on the order was gonna put balance on my debit cardShe took my 5 bucks and put the entire order on my debit card and threw my receipt away until I asked for it. Then proceeded to get rude with me when I questioned her.

As an avid customer and Father, I would never tell nor defend anything I don’t have full knowledge of, just because you didn’t hear the tree fall in the forest doesn’t mean it didn’t fall ( it ain’t upright and rooted anymore) these are children that work at these establishments and they have no emotional intelligence at all, the woman clearly used her hands without gloves to place pickles in a container, he hand was still wet when I addressed the issue, this is why I never go to any drive thru’sNOTE: if a customer is telling you what he saw and showing you the proof, step back and rectify the situation as swiftly as possible

I once went to an Arby's in Wichita KS and asked for two small orders of mozzerella sticks, and the cashier tried to talk me into a large order instead. This never set well with me as a large order is fewer mozzarella sticks than two small orders.But at this Arby's I asked for two small orders of mozzerella sticks, and the cashier asked if I was sure I didn't want two large orders so I would get 12 mozzerella sticks instead of 8. This lady gets it, and needs a raise.
