Very friendly staff. Even pronounced my name right. Definitely 10 star customer service.
Everything about this place was fine, except for one of the employees who refused to sell me a combo meal because—according to her—she couldn't understand me. Afterward, the manager (a very kind woman) understood me perfectly. P.S. You’ll recognize the woman who refused to speak with me by her poor personal hygiene

Arby's is a restaurant where the workers are highlighted for their exceptional customer service. One customer experienced a delivery issue, but the lady at the drive-thru went above and beyond to help with the order. Another customer had some special requests that weren't fully met, but the staff member was still friendly. However, a third customer had concerns about the lack of emotional intelligence and hygiene practices of the staff. Despite this, it is clear that the workers at Arby's strive to provide good service, even if there may be some room for improvement in certain areas.
