Ate breakfast here this morning, food was great. This place has issues with their FOH staff. The waitresses literally argued at our table on who was serving what table. They turned people away because tables were not being bussed and customers could not be seated. When 2 waitresses can't handle 24 people, total in the restaurant, it's an issue

The food was spectacular. Great customer service, and Reasonable prices. Overall amazing restaurant, would recommend 10x over.

My wife and me used to frequent Bad Art but visited tonight and the food/service/atmosphere has declined drastically. The steak my wife ordered ($30 12oz ribeye) was about 6-8oz and one of the worst I've had while eating out. My lamb was okay but no where near worth the $28 sticker price. The ‘smoked Brussels sprouts' tasted like Green Giant steam in the bag and had no flavor or seasoning (these used to be amazing). Bad Art's food isn't terrible but, while I used to happily pay their higher prices for a commensurate product, they no longer provide the high quality meal that they used to.

We had a five course meal. Absolutely wonderful flavor texture and taste.

Great food. Slow service. The menu on the website was not the current menu.

So I'm giving a one because I cant give a 0 star review. But my wife and I finally had a night with no kids so we decided to go out on the town so we decided to try this place. Well I regret it. First we walk in to almost empty resturant which should of been are first idea to turn around. So we sit down get greated which seem to be a okay waitress we ask for sweet glass of wine. So we get are wine and it is terrible and dry. Then we order the hummus it finally came out and it was okay definitely not worth 10 dollars. So then we order are food I get the 30 dollar ribeye with asparagus and smoked Brussels. My wife got the Alaskan cod and mushrooms and baked garlic potatoes. Soo we get are food and my ribeye was like someone went to Walmart and got the thinest ribeye ever and they cooked it well done which I asked med rare remind you it was 30 dollars and the waitress never came back to ask how everything was. Then my wife the cod was nothing but buttery mess and the potatoes were not cooked at all. Once again the waiter never came an checked to see how are food was. But I decide I'm not going to make a seen and pay for this terrible $100 meal that I could of made at home for $50. I will never recommend this place to anyone. This is sad because I wanna believe in resturants like this. But this was a disappointment

We had a fun evening, but I'm glad we weren't depending on the service here for that. I'll say the waitress took our order, but she wasn't overly concerned with us staying.

The food and service were superb! I did have to send my hamburger back due to not enough cooking, but was offered compensation to make it right. My friend had pasta which was great in flavor. However that is all she got, was a bowl of pasta. No salad, no bread. For the pricing of this dish ($14? Comes to mind) I felt it certainly should have included more. The atmosphere was historic "old town". Their was a bar and drinks seemed to be popular at each table with meals.

Cozy little spot with a wide array of innovative dishes and an amazing liquor selection for anywhere especially downtown St. Joseph. Yeah foodies should take a culinary journey here!

Hubby and I shared the Cubano and the Grinder! Both were excellent! Also split an order of the Mac and cheese... probably the creamiest I've ever eaten! House-made pickles just like great-gma's! A++++
