Jake’s has a good atmosphere and the food for us is always good, they get busy at times, but that makes it fun too. We had a waitress this last Saturday ( St Patricks day) , she was blonde and used to work at Biggins, anyway, she was fantastic and made our experience the best it could be, you can tell she’s a pro at public service. Waitress came to our table of 4 with no pen or paper, took our order. Brought us the wrong food. Spilled 1/4 of my beer on the ground and didn't clean it up and charged me full price for it. Brought my side salad 10 minutes after my steak. I asked for another beer and she doesn't come back until 25 minutes later. This is at 2pm in the afternoon with no lunch or dinner rush. Very disappointed, will not be going back.
