Extreamly expensive. I paid nearly $9 for a small shake with no add-ins or topping. I could have bought an entire gallon of ice cream for that price. The shake was ok, but not worth $9

Absolutely the best customer service of any ice cream shop in St. Joseph. Doesn't matter what time of day it is. Doesn't matter whether there is one person or 20 people in line. The staff always addresses customers with a cheerful greeting. The individual service each customer receives is always top-notch.
Thank you to the wonderful staff at BR for making our day just a little better than before we walked in.

Ordered online a photo cake. While the online seemed to have gotten the Pic right, when it got to the store, it was just an arm. Thankfully, the manager called to confirm the order and had me send the Pic that was to be on the cake. Thank you so much. My MiL is going to love it.
