I had Chaun's amazing food at a banquet for the Missouri Western State Griffins Football team. I was told by trusted "foodies" that his was some of the best I'd ever have. I was definitely eager to dig in. Chaun personally made me a plate after the event because I was busy during. He was one of the kindest men that I've ever met. His skill is world-class but his service-first mentality might be even more impressive. On to the food. I microwaved it almost 3 hours after it was originally served and can say it was the best brisket I've ever had. I've been to several bbq competitions and and have tried some really good stuff. My friends and I even joked that it was like a flavor pillow that was perfectly tender! ?The sides were excellent as well and I was just blown away by it all. No one's has paid me to say this, but I'm honestly still blown away.

They catered a Special Olympics event and the meal was amazing. The chicken was the best I’ve ever had, moist and tender. I didn’t even need a knife, it literally melted in my mouth. The green beans were so flavorful and the cinnamon butter for the roll was better than any restaurant cinnamon butter I have tried!

Chaun & his crew are fantastic! This is the 4th year they have catered our company Christmas party - we feel like they are part of our group now. The food is delicious (and plenty of it!) & the service is the best! Highly recommend Chaun's Catering!

We have traveled three hours for an event that at at Shawn's it was well worth the trip the food was excellent Michelle and I enjoyed the wonderful chicken cordon bleu that we had at his last event I highly recommend Chauncatering in St Joseph Missouri Steven Pritchard
