Louis was an amazing server we came in with 14 people did not call ahead and we still got out with an hour. He rocked keeping a positive attitude and had us out within an hour, even with single checks for everyone.
The food was absolutely amazing ❤️
Lunch was delicious and as always the margaritas hit the spot

El Maguey | Mexican offers first rate food at reasonable prices with huge portions. The Pollo Michecano and tostaguac with a carnitas taco are excellent. The food is always amazing, and the service is prompt and efficient. The friendly atmosphere and ambience off of South Belt in St Joseph MO makes it a go to happy place. A waitress named Donna always keeps drinks full with a big welcoming smile, and the chips n salsa and food arrive in record time. One complaint is feeling nudged toward the door after the main meal, but overall the food is tasty and service is great.
