Ice cream is good, but you can only go through the drive through because they have been under staffed for a year now? It would get 5 stars and I would change this score, if they open the doors. This is not covid anymore, let the families in and enjoy the same thing we had as a child... 🙄

Placed an online order and it said it would be ready by 8:40pm. We get there and we waited 10 minutes before even being greeted by someone at the front counter... They lazily made our order, and it was very sloppy. I will not return to this location.

This Dairy Queen's lobby is never open when its suppose to be. They have signs all over that say its lobby closes at 5pm, but the doors are locked at 4:05pm. They are often completely closed before the time listed on the door as well

Ice cream was perfect, but the inside was closed? Every time I go to this location it seems to be closed on the inside. 🙄

Worst DQ ever. Malts are watery like they have very little ice cream (ice milk) in them. Was surprised to find out that McDonald’s malts are thicker and much better! Also Cabanas are the best! Thick with ice cream. Never going to DQ again.
Btw… I tried 3 times to get a good malt before posting. So whoever answers these posts (I’m sure it’s not the franchise owner!) doesn’t need to ask me to give them another try. LOL

Got more brownie than ice cream. Customer service lacking
Waited over 25 minutes at the counter, just to order! 6 workers, 3 standing around chatting. One trying to make orders, could only do 1 thing at a time. Several workers standing around watching, looking for something to do, none stepped up to take orders. Worst experience I’ve ever had at this DQ. I was behind others in line, as well as others behind me. Definitely needs to figure things out before summer hits and they are actually busy.

Not sure if it's just my luck. But 3xs now I have tried to take my grandkids in the evening for dessert and the lobby has been closed with a sign on the door. I have had to take them elsewhere for ice cream as we don't eat dessert in the car and they are children they do tend to make a mess.
