Not sure if it's just my luck. But 3xs now I have tried to take my grandkids in the evening for dessert and the lobby has been closed with a sign on the door. I have had to take them elsewhere for ice cream as we don't eat dessert in the car and they are children they do tend to make a mess.

I order the same blizzard every single time. And ask for no brownie chunks. 8times out of 10 there are brownie chunks in it. The brownie chunks are disgusting to me so I don't eat it and end up wasting my $.

We drove all the way there to buy an ice cream cake for my partner's birthday only to find out that the lobby is closed(which isn't stated online either). The drive through was PACKED, and picking up an ice cream cake out a drive through window sounds awful. They aren't doing any construction, so I don't see why it is closed. And the last time we were there, the cashier was rude and the drive through was packed as well. Don't recommend unless you want drive through and to waste your time.
It would help a lot if they had people who showed up for work!!! 11:10 and no employees!!! We were really looking forward to a blizzard! I would be firing some lazy people!!!

Cashier dropped a blizzard took 10 minutes or longer to clean up, they just kept walking around it! Got rude with a customer over not flipping their blizzard.
