My co-worker got a coffee from here early this morning. Perhaps around 10 or 11 am. A Caramel macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. She ended up not liking it because it was too strong for her (due to the extra shot.) I like bitter coffee so I ended up taking it for myself and drinking it. 2 hours later both me and her instead of working our shifts effectively were both nasuous, dizzy, and ran to the bathroom all day long. I was so impressed with the customer service! I love that everything was repeated back to me that way I could correct any potential mistakes, the person who took my order was super friendly and very polite. I didn’t feel rushed while ordering. Recently I’ve gone to other places and the customer service is terrible but I was really really REALLY impressed with the staff.
