El Maguey is a restaurant that serves good quality Tex-Mex food with fair portion sizes for the price. The chips and salsa are a highlight, and vegetarian options are available, although not entirely vegan. The fajitas are a good value, but some special entrees may not live up to expectations. The kid's menu is also a plus, but portion sizes are geared towards smaller children. While the food and staff are excellent, the restaurant could improve on cleanliness, as there is a noticeable amount of dust and dirt on decorations.
