I had my concretes delivered, it was our first time trying anything from Freddy's. They were delicious, except for the fact that my son ended up with my husband's, and my husband got my son's, and my husband can't eat frozen gummy worms....it would be a much better situation for customers if y'all could label the customers orders specifically, since the cups are all the same and there's no way of telling them apart otherwise. Thank you!

We absolutely LOVE this place! My daughters favorite especially for burgers! I love the prime rib steak burger (with pepper jack cheese cause I'm not a fan of Swiss lol) always clean with prompt service and friendly helpful staff. Their new tater tots are fire and I'm a VERY picky eater with texture issues and all ... 😅🤦🏼‍♀️

To start out our visit was great in the beginning. We had a young girl probably around 17 or 18 helping us. She was sweet and attentive. She even helped my son pick out his shake because he couldn’t figure it out. He loves it by the way so thanks for that. The problem wasn’t the food however. Our food was ready for us to take but our shakes were not some of the people were standing around talking while others like the young girl were trying to work. Either way this young lady...
