Went back the same week thru drive this time and got a vanilla sugar free latte with a double shot with of espresso added there is nothing I donât love about this place.

I've been visiting the downtown location once a month since summer began, meeting with friends for Saturday morning coffee, and it's always a pleasant experience. The atmosphere is inviting, the coffee is delicious, and the barista is always so kind and warm. Plus, I love the cinnamon rolls!

Today was my first time visiting the downtown location. We ordered 2 drinks. Both are absolutely terrible. Hands down, worst coffee I've had. Perhaps your machine needs adjustment.
Edited to answer your questions: We ordered an iced Americano and an Iced Vanilla Latte. We did not let the her know our drinks were bad, as I didnt taste mine until we were walking out and we were both on our lunch breaks and therefore limited on time.
Our family loves Hazelâs! The barista was able to accommodate a dairy allergy with a fruit smoothie. Every coffee Iâve tried has been great & the events Hazelâs hosts are fun! Especially love $2 Tuesdays and discounts for various groups :)

Very nice Downtown Coffee Shop. Location is easy to find with plenty of on street parking. Large selection of drinks, including seasonal options. Both of our visits only one Barista was there. She did a great job of being professional, interacting with customers, and making great drinks!

We decided to go here yesterday 6-22, since it was close to our Airbnb & has good reviews. The lady working couldnt be any less friendly than she was. Rude honestly. My friend ordered our coffees & i was going to order food separately. I stood there waiting for her to come take my order but she never did. Even after she got done with the coffee. Which was a disappointment all in itself. I got a basic carmel macchiato iced. Not easy to screw up but somehow she managed. My friend said hers tasted like it had been watered down. She ordered something & added additional flavors. Needless to say we won't ever be back & went & got food from pizza tasico. I would definitely recommend them if you want great service & food!
