Jackie Allison's 3 Wishes Bakery is located at 410 Felix St. in downtown St. Joseph; she is no longer at the mall. Hours are noon to 6 Tue thru Fri and noon to 5 of Saturday. Cupcakes were amazing and I love they also have cupcakes for our fur babies!! Order a birthday cake and she went above and beyond we were very pleased!! Coming back soon for some bday cupcakes
