Great atmosphere and the pservice was prompt, very informative and friendly. Food was delicious and the drinks even better.

I guess I expected more from the name. I think it should be either or but not both. Had the carne asada tacos. Rice and beans were good but taco shells I could tell had been sitting around and not fresh. I would say to them, do either be a steakhouse or Mexican so that you could be really good at it but trying to be both doesn't work. I wanted it to be really good but was disappointed.

They always can host large crowds of up to 50 people so we always go here for gatherings food is good

San Jose Steakhouse is wonderful for a dinner date for two or a dinner date for 13!
Many options on the menu for every appetite.
My personal favorite is their sirloin steak with sweet potato fries. The open face roast beef sandwich is also a great option with mashed potatoes!
Service is always great, atmosphere is pleasant, food is top notch!
San Jose also has a back room for gatherings!!!!

P.S. recommend the piña colada!!!!

Always a great meal with great service!

I’ll give this place another visit, next time I won’t order prime rib…. The staff was excellent however the prime rib was precooked -pre portioned …. Lacked flavor.
The staff was delightful so I may return, try something else. Menu presented A variety of options…. But this can often be why the food is just average. Maybe the Mexican will be offer better flavor.

This was a Christmas party, so some of the results may be skewed, since we had a server or two assigned to us. But the chips and salsa were great, thin and delightfully crisp, with a nice taught salsa and the queso dip available at extra cost was flavorful, though a little thin.

Dinner was reasonably priced, and my steak burrito was great. Kathy's steak was a bit tough, but ok. We didn't get dessert, because the portions were big enough that we didn't feel we needed any, plus the party was starting to break up by the time we finished everything.

Well probably go back some time to see what a regular dinner would be like.

To go order. Mushrooms appetizer were frozen food. Child's meal cod, fish was a frozen food. The sweet potato fries were so soggy and you couldn't even hold it up. It would fall over. Very bad food. Nothing fresh. Up the road at Texas Roadhouse, everything is fresh and homemade. Nothing frozen
